Ground paint for wood
Use: It is used as a substrate for the covering coat, in the protection system of joinery for the interior and exterior, as well as other wooden surfaces. It enables efficient closure of wooden pores, it grinds well by which way an extreme smooth surface is obtained.

Composition: High quality oils, alkyd resins and pigments.
Method of application: It is applied with a brush on the impregnated or putted surface in one coat prior to the finishing coat. It is diluted with the alkyd thinner of 10 - 20%.

Packaging: 0.75 lit., 3 kg, and 30 kg.

Shelf life: 3 years

Coverage: 1 kg can cover an area of 4 - 6 m2 , in one layer.
Translucent cover
Use: It is intended for the protection and decoration of the internal and external wooden surfaces in nuances of valuable and exotic wood species.It protects wood from moisture and the UV radiation and containsfungicides and insecticides. By application on the wooden surface it formsa tin and transparent film and specially highlights its structure. It isproduced in 15 nuances of exotic wood species that can be easily intermixed till desired shades are obtained.

Composition: Alkyd resins and special transparent pigments resistant to UV radiation.

Method of application: Prior to the use, it should be stirred well but isnot to be diluted. It is applied with a brush, sponge or by dipping in two orthree layers on the previously prepared surfaces. The wood should begenerally dry, without knots and sanded with a fine sanding paper. If thereis resin on the wooden surface it should be removed by Nitro Thinner.The drying period between layers should be at last 24 hours.

Coverage: 1 lit. can cover an area of 6 - 10 m2 , in one layer.

Translucent lacquer glossy
Use: It is intended for the protection and decoration of the internal and external wooden surfaces. It protects wood from moisture and the UV radiation. Lacquer for boats
Use: The lacquer for boats is a clear (colourless) lacquer intended for theprotection and decoration of the external and internal wooden surfaces. It penetrates well into the wooden pores and protects it efficiently inall climatic conditions. It is distinguished by a high lustre and highlights the natural wood structure.

Composition: A high quality of alkyd resins.

Method of application: It is applied undiluted with a brush, roller or spraying in two or three layers. Before applying it the wooden surfaces must be sanded down and the sanded dust removed.After applying the first layer of the lacquer, a gentle sanding is desirable. The drying period between layers should be at least 24 hours.

Coverage: 1 lit. can cover an area of 6 - 10 m2 , in one layer.

Enamel lacquer for wood and metal
Use: It is intended for the final coat in the protection system of wooden and metallic surfaces. It is recommended for the protection and decoration of items made of wood and metals in the exterior and interior. It is flexible atmospheric conditions and moderate industrial environment. and adheres well on different substrates. It is resistant to moisture.

Composition: High quality alkyd resins, pigments, additives and solvents.

Method of application: It is applied with a brush, roller or by spraying on previously prepared surfaces. Metal surfaces should be degreased and cleaned from rust with Antirust. Apply first the Ground paint for metal and then Novolux Enamel lacquer. On all sanded down and clean wooden surfaces, apply first Impregnator. Smaller uneven surfaces should be smoothed down with Novol putty or Acrylic putty for wood. After the sanding, apply Ground paint for wood and then Novolux enamel lacquer. The drying period between layers should be at least last 24 hours.It is diluted with Alkyd reducer.

Ground nitro lacquer for wood
Use: It is used as the ground coat in the protection system of wood(furniture, wooden ware) and for the internal parts of joinery.It enables reduced consumption of the finishing nitro lacquers and nitro enamels. Its characteristic is quick drying, fine sealing of wooden pores, fine and easy sanding as well as uniform thickness of a film without creases and flaws. It is diluted with Nitro thinner of up to 20%.

Composition: Nitrocellulose base and alkyd resins.

Method of application: It is applied on dry and sanded surfaces from which all mechanical impurities are removed, in one or two layers with acompulsory inter-phase sanding. It is dry for sanding in a 30 - 40 min at 20°C. It is applied with a brush or by pneumatic spraying.

Coverage: 1 lit. can cover an area of 7 - 10 m2 , in one layer.

Finishing nitro lacquer for wood
Use: It is used as the finishing coat in the protection system of furniture and for the internal parts of joinery (panels, chairs, cupboards, wall units, bookshelves). Its characteristic is a short drying time and a fine filling capacity of thefilm. It is diluted with Nitro thinner of up to 20% and it provides a filmof a uniform thickness, without creases and flaws.

Composition: Nitrocellulose base and alkyd resins.

Method of application: It is applied with a brush or by spraying over the sanded Ground nitro lacquer for wood, in one or two layers. It is dry against dust in 5 - 10 minutes but completely dry for 3 - 4 hours.

Nitro enamel lacquer for wood and metal
Use: It is used for the protection against corrosion and for decoration of furniture and joinery in the interior, as well as for different metal surfacesin the interior and exterior.

Composition: Combination of alkyd resins with nitrocellulose, quality pigments, additives, and solvents.

Method of application: It is applied with a brush or by spraying over the Ground nitro paint for wood, in the course of wood protection or over Ground nitro paint for metal, in the course of metal protection.It is applied in one or two layers on previously degreased and cleaned surfaces. It is diluted with Nitro thinner /reducer of up to 20% to theviscosity. Nitro enamel lacquers are distinguished by a fine covering and quick drying. It is dry against dust in 20 - 25 minutes but completely dry for 4 hours.

Boiled oil from linseed oil

Lacquer for parquet flooring
Use: A two component lacquer for parquet flooring of a high lustre isintended for the lacquering (varnishing) of parquet flooring, floor boards, mouldings, wooden stair cases and similar wooden items in the interior that are exposed to extreme conditions of use and loads. It offers a long term protection and resistance against wear, water and cleaning agents. It is easy to clean and maintain.

Composition: A Mixture of special resins.

Preparation of the lacquer for use: In a glass or plastic dish, mix 5 volumetric parts of the component A with 1 volumetric part of the component B hardener. A well mixed compound should remain still for 15 minutes prior to the use. The usable period of the compound is 24 hours.

Method of application: It is applied with a brush in three layers, on a dry sanded parquet surface, from which the dust is removed. Each coat of lacquer dries for 24 hours. After the first coat, sanding with the sand paperNo 150 and cleaning from the sanding dust is desirable.

Coverage: The contents of a set is sufficient for an area of 20 m2 , in three layers.

Novocid impregnation
Use: Novocid is an impregnation for wood, intended for the protection of construction timber against insects, fungi and mildews. It is specially suitable for the protection of timber for roof structures, various moulds, wooden fences and a like.

Method of application: It should be applied on a dry and sound wooden surface that was previously sanded down. It is applied with a brush, roller in a few layers, or by dipping till wood soaks. dry sanded parquet surface, from which the dust is removed. Each coat ofNo 150 and cleaning from the sanding dust is desirable. lacquer dries for 24 hours. After the first coat, sanding with the sand paper.

Coverage: 1 lit. covers 5 - 7 m2 , depending on the kind of wood.

Protection and decoration of metal surfaces

To our customers we offer this group of products as top quality coatings and the complete protection of metals. They are made from good quality resins, high quality organic and inorganic pigments and fillers. They offer protection against weather conditions: like moisture, temperature change, UV radiation, acid rains and other sources of rust that adversely effect metal.

Ground paint for metal
Use: It is used for the protection against corrosion of metallic structures,pipelines, columns, fences, and other metallic surfaces. It offers a long-term protection against corrosion; it applies easily and flows out well on the metallic surfaces that were previously cleaned from rust and degreased.

Composition: High quality alkyd resins and anticorrosive pigments.

Method of application: It is applied in one or two layers with a brush orby spraying on the previously cleaned from rust and degreased metallic surfaces. The Drying period between coats should be at least 24 hours. It is diluted with 10% - 20% of the Thinner for alkyd coats.

Enamel lacquer for wood and metal

Composition: A good quality binder, anti corrosion pigments, filler andadditives.

Method of application: It is best to apply by spraying, but can be applied with a brush too. The metallic surface must be dry, sanded down,and cleaned from rust with Antirust. The paint is diluted with 5 – 15% of the Novoflex thinner. The coat is dry after 2 hours.

Coverage: 1 kg covers a metallic surface of approximately 7 m2 in onelayer.

Quick drying enamel for metal
Use: It is intended for the finishing coat in the protection system of metallic surfaces such as: fences, gates, metallic structures, trucks, trailers farm tractors, combine harvesters and other agricultural and construction machinery. It is distinguished by short drying time and a long term protection against corrosion.

Composition: A good quality binder, pigments and additives.

Method of application: Dilute with 5 - 15% of the Novoflex thinner /reducer for the quick draying coats. It is best to apply by spraying, but can be applied with a brush too. The metallic substrate must be dry, sanded After work, wash hands and tool with the Novoflex thinner /redicer. down and cleaned from rust with Antirust. The Ground quick drying paint for metal is applied first, and then the Quick drying enamel for metal, in one or two layers. The second layer is applied at least 2 hours after the drying period.

Enamel lacquer for radiators
Use: It is intended for the finishing coat in the protection system of radiators and metallic surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 90 °C. It is flexible and adheres well to the substrate.

Composition: High quality alkyd resins, pigments, additives and solvents.

Method of application: It is applied with a brush, roller or by spraying on the previously prepared surfaces. Metal surfaces should be degreased and cleaned from rust with Antirust. Apply first the Ground paint formetal and then the Enamel lacquer for radiators. The drying period between coats should be at least 24 hours. It is diluted with the alkyd reducer.

Coverage: 1 lit. covers an area of 6 - 10 m2 in one layer.

Wash primer
Use: It is applied as the ground coat against corrosion for the protection of all kinds of metals, including zinc coated sheets, aluminium sheets, copper sheets and other light metals.

Composition: Special binder, corrosion resistant pigments, inert fillers, additives and solvents.

Method of application: It is exclusively diluted with the thinner for reaction primer in the 40:60 ratio. It is applied by spraying or a brush, straight to the sanded down, degreased and dry metallic surface in a thin layer. The thickness of the dry film should be from 10 to 20 microns.The application of the subsequent coat can be made after 30 minutes

Stripping paint
Use: It is used for removing alkyd coats from metallic and wooden surfaces.

Composition: Additives and solvents.

Method of application: Shake well the contents of tin before the use. apply NovoSkid with a brush or roller on the surface from which you want to remove the dilapidated paint. When the old paint turns into blisters, after 15 minutes, remove it with a stripping knife. If there aremore old coatings on the surface, repeat the procedure. During the work, use rubber gloves.

Antirust
Use: It is an agent that is intended for the efficient removal and counteracting of corrosion on items made of iron and steel by the phosphating process.

Method of application: All rusted metallic surfaces should be cleaned from grease. Thicker deposits of rust should be removed with a wire brush. After that apply Antirust with a brush, sponge or by dipping the item. The treatment of rust removal with Antirust takes from 20 minutes to2 hours depending on the air temperature. In a case of very heavyrusted surfaces, repeat the treatment. During the work, use rubber gloves and safety glasses. Should the Antirust come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse them with abundant water and mild solution of baking soda.

Water based programme

This group of products falls in the ecological products that protect human environment. They are made from high quality binders, pigments and fillers. The products have a high ability to protect and covering power. They also have fine aeration properties, so they provide “breathing” of walls. They are intended for the interiors and exteriors.

Novol
Use: Novol is an ecological product and is intended for the protection and decoration of internal wall surfaces made in concrete, brick, plaster and asbestos-cement corrugated sheets. It is distinguished by the excellent covering power, whiteness and resistance against washing. It is easy to apply and it has fine aeration properties, so it provides “breathing” of walls.

Composition: Dispersion of synthetic polymers, pigments, fillers and additives.

Method of application: It can be applied in two layers with a brush, roller, or by spraying on prepared wall surfaces on which Primaline for impregnation of the substrate had been applied. For the first layer dilute the paint with water up to 30%, and for the second layer up to 10%.

Substrate preparation: New wall surfaces in plaster and concrete should mature more than 30 days and cleaned from dust and other dirtiness. From old wall surfaces, remove old and loose coats and crumbling parts by the use of a stripping knife and wire brush. Smooth down uneven surfaces with plaster of the same composition as the existing one.

Application temperature: It is best to work at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C. Application at temperatures below +5 °C is not permitted.

Coverage: 1 lit. of Novol paint can cover from 2 to 5 m2 of wall surface in two layers.

Disperol
Use: Disperol is an ecological product and is intended for the protection and decoration of internal wall surfaces made in concrete, brick, plasterand asbestos-cement corrugated sheets. It is distinguished by the excellent covering power, whiteness and resistance against washing. It is easy to apply and it has fine aeration properties, so it provides “breading” of walls.

Composition: Dispersion of synthetic polymers, pigments, fillers and additives.

Method of application: It can be applied in two layers with a brush, roller, or by spraying on prepared wall surfaces on which Primalin forimpregnation of the substrate had been applied. For the first layer dilutethe paint with water up to 30%, and for the second layer up to 10%.

Use: It is intended for the protection and decoration of facades inhigh rise buildings and civil construction. It possesses fine aeration properties, is resistant to water, weather conditions, alkalis and temperature change. It gives walls the protection against development of mildew, bacteria and algae.

Composition: Dispersion of synthetic polymers, quality pigments and fillers.

Method of application: It is applied in two layers with a woollen roller, or by spraying. For the first layer the paint is diluted with water up to 30%, while for the second layer it does not have to be diluted.Prior to the application of the paint, the fresh surfaces in plaster or concrete should be cleaned from dust and other dirtiness. If the paint is applied to the old surfaces, smooth down uneven surfaces with plaster of the same composition as the existing one. The optimal application temperatures: between 15 °C and +25 °C.

Coverage: 1 lit. of Facade paint can cover from 2 -3 m2 in two layers.

Shelf life: 1 year

Storage and care: Should be kept in the closed original containers at temperatures between + 5 °C and +25°C.

Acrylic facade paint
Use: The acrylic paint for facades is a high quality acrylic coatingintended for the decoration and protection of facades surfaces. It is distinguished by a very good resistance against moisture and weather conditions. It covers fine and is easy to apply.

Composition: Acrylic binder, pigments and fillers.

Method of application: It is applied in two layers with a woollen roller, or by spraying. For the first layer the paint is diluted with water up to 30%, while for the second layer it does not have to be diluted.Prior to the application of the paint, the fresh surfaces in plaster or concrete should be cleaned from dust and other dirtiness. Hipi colour
Use: It is intended for shading the internal dispersion and semi-dispersion paints. It is produced in 10 nuances as follow: yellow, orange, ochre, red, oxide red, carmine red, green, blue, violet and black. It distinguishes with a high content of pigments and is easy to mix with the dispersion and semi-dispersion paints.

Method of application: Agitate the toning tint well and bland into the paint.

Consumption: The contents of the bottle is sufficient for 30 kg of a paint.

Storage and care: Keep from freezing.

Toning paste
Use: It is used for painting and decoration of internal and external surfaces made in concrete, plaster, brick, stone, aerated cement building blocks and asbestos-cement corrugated sheets. It is produced in 10 nuances as follow: yellow, orange, ochre, red, oxide red, carmine red, green, blue, black, Havana brown and brown. All primary hues can be inter-blended and with the white paint provide desired pastel colours.

Composition: Dispersion of synthetic polymers, pigments, fillers andadditives.

Method of application: It is applied in two layers with a brush or roller on the previously prepared surfaces. For the first layer dilute with water up to 30% and for the second layer up to 10%.

Consumption and Coverage: 0.5 lit. can colour from 1 to 30 kg of the white paint and at the straight use 1 kg of toning paste can colour from 2 - 5 m2 in two layers.

Optimal temperature of application: from +15°C to +25 °C.

Storage and care: Keep in closed and original container at the temperatures from +15°C to +30°C.

Paint for concrete
Use: It is intended for the protection and decoration of plinths and facades made in concrete. It is produced in 14 nuances.

Composition: Dispersion of synthetic polymers, quality pigments and fillers.

Method of application: On the dry and clean concrete surfaces (at least 15 days mature), apply first Primaline and after that the Paint for concrete in two layers. It is applied with a brush, roller or by spraying. It is diluted with water: for the first layer up to 20% and for the second layer up to 5%.

Coverage: 1 kg can cover 4 - 8 m2 in one layer.

Acrylic emulsion 1:3
Use: It is used for the substrate impregnation prior to the application of dispersion paints. It assures a solid interacting bond between the substrate and paint in the finishing process.

Composition: Combination of synthetic polymers and additives.

Coverage: 1 lit. is sufficient to cover a wall surface of 5 - 8 m2 in one layer.

Method of application: It is applied with a wall painter’s brush on thedry, clean and previously prepared wall surfaces. Stir well and dilute withwater in the ratio 1:2 to 1:3 prior to the application. Apply two coats on very porous substrates.

Application temperature: from 15°C to 25°C.

Acrylic emulsion 1:8
Use: It is used for the substrate impregnation prior to the application of dispersion paints. It assures a solid interacting bond between the substrate and paint in the finishing process.

Composition: Combination of synthetic polymers and additives.

Use: It is used for the marking of roads, pedestrian crossings, airports, and parking lots. The paint adheres well to asphalt, concrete and other dryand cleaned substrates. It distinguishes with the excellent mechanical resistance as well as the resistance against weather conditions. It is easy to apply and dries quickly.

Method of application: It is applied in two coats by spraying or with abrush on a dry and clean concrete surface. It is diluted with the Thinner for Paint for roads.

Paint for swimming pools
Use: It is intended for the protection and decoration of swimming pools.

Putties

This broad group of products is intended to our customers for minor repairs, damages, smoothing down uneven surfaces, covering and fixing joining elements of damaged parts. They are made from high quality raw materials. They are easy to use, of a type “do it yourself”.
Novol putty for wood
Use: Novotol putty is a homogenous paste like mass and is used for the smoothing down uneven wooden surfaces.

Composition: High quality oils, alkyd resins and fillers.

Method of application: It is applied with a filling knife in a thin layer on the previously sanded down wooden surfaces. Apply first the impregnator on the sanded down surface. For filling up larger uneven surfaces, Novotol putty is applied in several layers. The drying period between layers should be at least 24 hours.

Grinding: It is easy ground down by the use of a “dry” or “wet” method, with the sandpaper for wood.

Acrylic putty
Use: Acrylic putty is used for the smoothing down uneven wooden surfaces.

Composition: Acrylic binder, pigment and fillers.

Method of application: It is applied with a filling knife, undiluted in a thin layer on the sanded down wooden surface. For filling up larger uneven surfaces, it is applied in several thin layers. When diluted with water it is used as spry putty. The optimal application temperature is from +15 °C to +25 °C.

Soft polyester putty
Use: It is intended for the smoothing down uneven metallic and plastic surfaces.

Composition: Polyester resin, fillers and pigment.

Method of application: Before the use it is necessary to add 25 to 30 gr. of the hardener from the tube to 1 kg of the putty and mix well. The time for use of thus mixed components is from 3 - 6 minutes at + 20°C. It isapplied with a filling knife on the clean and degreased surface.

Grinding: It is ground after 30 min. at + 20°C (dry method) with a sanding paper.

Shelf life: 1 year

Packaging: 0.25 kg and 0.85 kg

Adhesives

In our offering there is glue for parquet floors intended for gluing all sorts of parquets and the Novochem fix glue intended for industrial application and as a consumer good. The school and art programme have a wide range of colours. It is intended for artists and school pupils. The art programme was made as per the recipe to our well known painter Sava sumanovic. They are easy to apply,can be applied on wood, paper and mineral substrates. They possess a high ability to cover and high power of colouring.
Glue for parquet flooring
Use: It is intended for gluing of all kinds of parquet floors.

Composition: It is single component glue made out on the base of polyvinyl acetate.

Method of application: Before the use stir the glue thoroughly.It is applied with a serrated trowel, by drawing it in one direction. After the drying period from 10 - 20 minutes the gluing process of parquet can begin.The full glue bonding is attained after 2-3 days.

Coverage: From 0.8 - 1.2 kg/m2 depending on substrate.

Use: It is intended for the manual and machine gluing of paper andcardboards in printing shops.

Method of application: It is applied by spraying, with a brush or roller in two coats on the clean, dry and sanded down blackboard’s surfaces. The paint is diluted with 5 – 15% of the Novoflex thinner. The drying between coatings should be at least 2 hours and 2 days prior to the use of the blackboard.

Melting glue in EVA-based pellets

Application: used in the construction of collected structures, where an elastic and flexible adhesive joint is required, including, for example, for the spring of the sideband in the assembly of automotive salon filters. Paint and varnish products for the printing industry

UNI is a universal nitrocellulose—polyurethane-based ink for surface and interlayer printing by flexographic and deep methods.
The UNI article paints are divided into different series depending on the degree of pigmentation and additional technological characteristics.
NOVO-UNI
Use: Surface printing on pre-cored LDPE, HDPE; various types of cored polypropylene: OPP, BOPP, CPP; pre-primed metallized PP; pre-primed aluminum foil. Interlayer printing for the production of various combined materials based on PP, PE and chemically treated PET.

Characteristics of the paint:
• high level of adhesion;
• excellent printing and processing properties;
• high degree of transparency;
• High gloss level;
• resistance to dry abrasion;
• resistance of the paint layer to high temperatures during packaging formation;
• in order to improve abrasion resistance during surface printing, it is recommended to add WAX medium in an amount of 1-6%.
